📅 Reservations & Payments

• Payment confirmation must be sent prior to the event.
• Date changes are subject to approval and availability.
• All payments are considered donations and do not confer any rights or priority.
• Official tax receipts under Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance will be provided for all donations.
• Multiple events may be held simultaneously; please consider this when booking.

🛠 Conduct & Behavior

• Please maintain the sanctity of the place at all times.
• Strictly no use of electronic devices on Shabbat and holidays (phones, cameras, e-cigarettes, etc.).
• No loud music after 23:00.
• Modest and respectful dress is required.
• Offensive, violent, or inappropriate behavior is not permitted.

🍽 Catering & Cleaning

• All catering must present a valid Kashrut certificate when booking.
• The host is responsible for cleaning, garbage removal, and organizing equipment.
• Professional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.
• No food or equipment should be left after the event ends.

🧯 Safety & Responsibility

• Candles or fire usage is only permitted with prior approval.
• Sound/lighting equipment requires prior approval.
• Do not block emergency exits.
• Do not move permanent equipment or generators.
• The host will be charged for any property damage.
• The synagogue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
• The host must be present throughout the event.
